Bad cookies
I bought a 4 pack last monday at the Rockwall location in Texas. The buckeye cookie was small and I asked the guy what happened.
He said they all turned out that way. I shook my head. Then you could see the milk chocolate cookie was burnt. The only cookie, last week, that was edible was the cookies and cream and that one looked off.
I really want a refund from this order. Or 4 free cookies for later. I will not be going back to the Rockwall location. They stopped caring a few weeks back.
Really upset over this.
I forgot to mention that the milk chocolate chip was a brick and the buckeye was thick and hard as a rock. They were thrown out.

Wrong cookies delivered for bday and looked messy
The wrong cookies were placed in an order we had delivered to my brother in college at BC. They gave us the Chocolate marshmallow cupcake instead of the sugar animal cracker cookies.
The golden Oreo cookies also looked messy and not what image showed. We are very dissatisfied with the quality of the cookies and that we did not get what we ordered.
We also had many issues with the Crumble website as it kept saying oops looks like something went wrong. We also called customer service 4 times and did not get a response, so we came to pissedconsumer.com because we wanted our review to be shared and the cookies were 47$, definitely not worth it.

Terrible experience
We were excited to try Crumbl Cookies. Got home with the 4 cookies and one was very cold like it came out of the freezer.
The other was peanut butter and it did not mention that for the description. The chocolate chip was covered in salt. None of them were warm. I called the store to ask if the cookie was supposed to be cold and she said yes we always have a chilled cookie for the week.
How is a new customer supposed to know about a chilled cookie. Then I asked if the monster cookie was a peanut butter cookie because it did not say that anywhere but it tasted like peanut butter and she said yes it has peanut butter m&ms and an out meal base. The oatmeal base explains the plastic fiberous texture. I asked the girl if it said peanut butter in the description and she said well no but you should have asked.
She said we always do one peanut butter cookie a week. I explained to her that we are new customers and had no idea any of that information. She told me most people that come here look on the app first. I didnt know I needed to look at an app before buying something.
Thats strange. Also they should explain the cookies to you instead of asking you if you have any questions. Its a cookie, I didnt think I had questions. Im thankful nobody in my family has a peanut butter allergy.
This was the strangest cookie experience I have ever had and I will NOT be going back.
Good luck! I would have added a receipt but I never received one and didnt think I would need it.

Hard cookies , went to store for replacement and they are hard /stale as well paid
The manager never asked to give a discount on my next order, never even said sorry for the inconvenience or offered to refund my delivery fee, refund partial if the order or nothing , and that's why I want a full refund there was no compassion it was either take originally stale/ rock solid cookies or it or bring back for a replacement of the same hard cookies couldn't have them redelivered to me or nothing just no solution provided in their end just oh we make our cookies fresh so it's no way they can be hard and oh I handed the delivery driver the milk, but somehow he only brought the cookies to deliver
